- Billet cast, extruded, fabricated, anodized and palletised on one automated line, under one roof.
- Gujaratat the centre
- Sited in India’s solar manufacturing belt, so frames travel a short road journey rather than a cross-country freight leg.

“Automation is the key differentiator. A line that runs with zero manual material handling produces the same section on the last shift of the month as it did on the first.”
The Automated Line
Six stages, with no manual transfer between any of them. Metal enters as ingot and leaves as a packed pallet.
Billet Casting and Homogenising
Alloy composed and cast in-house, then homogenised on site, so the billet enters the press with a uniform structure.

Ingots charged into the melting furnace, Kolkata unit Precision Extrusion
A fully automated press line extrudes sections to the approved drawing, with process parameters held under machine control rather than operator judgement.

Fresh profiles on the run-out table, Kolkata unit Automatic Material Handling
The logistics system moves material between every stage with zero human intervention, which removes the single largest source of surface damage and variance.

The automatic puller on the run-out table, Kolkata unit Fabrication
Fully automatic cutting, notching, punching and machining, to the finished component condition.

An automatic framing machine, Kolkata unit Anodizing
Fully automatic anodizing with an auto-jigging system, so racking geometry is repeatable and the coating builds evenly across every profile.

Aluminium profiles clamped on a jig at the automatic anodizing line, Kolkata unit Automatic Pallet Packing
Finished sections are packed to pallet automatically, batch-identified and staged for dispatch.

A Query Resolves to a Cast Number and a Shift
Every handoff between vendors is a point where alloy, tolerance or finish quietly changes and accountability blurs. Devron puts all six stages on one site, with no manual handling between them.
A Split Supply Chain
- Alloy chemistry
- Bought in from another supplier
- Process steps
- Spread across vendors and sites
- Accountability
- Blurs at every handoff
- Traceability
- Breaks where the material changes hands
- Handling
- Moved and re-handled between stages

Why Work With Us
Scale From a Single Site
A rated 4,000 MT a month from a single site, commissioning October 2026, so volume growth will not depend on finding a second supplier or a third shift.
Automation Instead of Assurances
Machine-controlled extrusion, handling, anodizing and packing. Consistency comes from the line, not from supervision.
One Chain, One Owner
Casting through to packed pallet is ours. There is no finishing sub-contractor to coordinate and no gap in accountability.
Test Certificates, Every Batch
Actual chemical and mechanical values issued with every supply, traceable from cast number to delivery.
15+ Years of Experience
Long enough in the industry to do value engineering, and not only for ourselves.
Located Where You Build
Surat, Gujarat, inside the solar manufacturing belt, which shortens the delivery leg and makes buffer stock practical.
