What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name, company, phone number, email address, sector, indicative quantity, your message and any drawing you attach. Our servers also record the IP address a submission came from, solely to prevent abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of our commercial correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Rate-limiting records are kept for a short period only.
Who can see it
Our sales and management staff. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, and enquiry notifications are delivered by our email provider. We do not share your details with any other third party except where required by law.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is used only when a staff member signs in to the content management system.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, correct it, or erase it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time.
