Every batch leaves with its actual chemical and mechanical values. The audit trail runs from cast number to delivery.
Raw Material Verification, Every Heat/Lot
Chemical composition (9 elements) verified via Bruker OES spectrometer per EN 573-3:2013, ASTM B221:20 and IS 733. Every log inspected for surface defects, length and cast-number traceability.
In-Process Quality Control
Die, billet and container temperature checked before every run. Visual and dimensional inspection every 5 billets against approved drawings (EN 755-9, IS 3965/2673/6477).
Routine Mechanical Testing
Hardness (BHN/Webster) and mechanical properties (UTS, 0.2% proof stress, elongation) tested per batch on UTM and hardness machines, logged in the Physical Testing Register.
Dedicated Quality Laboratories for Surface Finishing
A dedicated laboratory keeps the anodizing line’s chemical composition and process QAP consistent, and another runs up to 12 quality checkpoints on the powder coating line.
Final Inspection & Traceability
Anodizing thickness checked at top, middle and bottom of every profile. Each batch packed under a separate number for full cast-to-delivery traceability.
